“This island is open for visiting 365 days a year. However please don’t go around 26 Dec as there is literally nothing to see or do. Gardens are mid-winter so no leaves or flowers. Nothing on island was open. Lots of Christmas lights which I’m sure would be nice but island closes at 4pm so nothing to see as not turned on. Palace/Schloss closed, water feature not running. Altogether very disappointing and an expensive waste of money.”
